• FedEx Office is the exclusive business center and provider for all convention participants, offering full-service printing materials, advertising opportunities, mobility services, internet access and faxing. • SmartCity, the Center’s exclusive provider of Internet and telecommunications, provides facility- wide Ethernet access, the country’s largest Wi-Fi convention network, custom LAN/WAN design and support, as well as multiple technology-driven branding solutions. • Xpodigital is the exclusive provider of digital advertising, content and branding of the permanent signage throughout the Convention Center. Xpodigital can also provide customized temporary digital signage solutions to help each event maximize the impact of their audience and event messaging throughout the OCCC. Preferred Service Partners The OCCC identifies the following vendors as preferred partners. The OCCC recognizes the high quality of service these partners provide and encourages lessees and exhibitors to utilize these vendors when possible. Preferred partners are given unobstructed access to the OCCC tunnel space, storage areas and loading docks. • Bags (Baggage Airline Guest Services) offers premium “front door services” designed to raise the bar on quality and convenience. Bags combines a full-service, multi-airline, remote Skycap operation and baggage and coat-check services to give attendees the freedom to focus on their event. • LMG, Inc. , the on-site preferred audiovisual contractor, has a reputation for providing expert technical support and a range of services that includes video projection, LED walls, plasma rentals, teleprompting, audio packages and lighting systems. LMG is the exclusive provider of audiovisual for the Destination Lounge (S222), Honeybell and Hamlin Board Rooms. Gold Key Partners The OCCC’s Gold Key Attraction Partner brings to show management and exhibitors a unique and innovative opportunity for off-site meetings and entertainment while in Central Florida.
